  • Periodic scheduled (preventive) maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown, including all necessary spare parts
  • Availability guarantees – High mean time to repair (MTTR) uptime guaranty

Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics

In order to optimise the performance of the equipment, RPE’s solutions can be remotely linked to our centralised 24/7 monitoring station. Designated service engineers can be automatically notified about abnormal readings via text message or e-mail.
