Kehinde Alao holds an MBA in Business Administration from Nexford University and a B.Sc. in Political Science and International Relations from Osun State University, and is a member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He has spent over 14 years building his career across human resources, administration, and budgeting functions.

Over the years, Kehinde has overseen recruitment, employee administration, and budget planning across the organization, consistently strengthening the people processes that support its growth. He brings deep expertise in HR strategy and organizational administration, drawing on a strong foundation in policy and people management.
